FHC Apartment , 2025

FHC Apartment is a minimalist residential interior in Beijing designed by BW Timeless, located on the 35th floor of a central business district tower. The project embraces the building’s original brutalist framework, with exposed concrete used as a central architectural feature rather than concealed. Floor-to-ceiling glazing opens the interior to expansive views of Beijing’s skyline, integrating the city into the spatial composition and reinforcing a sense of restraint and clarity. The material palette combines marble, lacquer, and bleached wood against raw concrete, creating a controlled dialogue between refinement and structural honesty. Lighting is integrated architecturally to subtly enhance textures and highlight curated elements such as Chinese antiques and natural stones. The result is a calm, precise interior defined by minimalism, material balance, and cultural continuity.
